Cambios, Devoluciones y Crédito
Queremos que disfrutes tu compra. Si necesitas realizar un cambio, podrás solicitarlo dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la fecha de entrega del pedido.
Para ser elegible para un cambio, el producto debe cumplir con las siguientes condiciones:
- Estar completamente sin uso.
- Encontrarse limpio y en perfectas condiciones.
No presentar manchas, olores, daños o señales de desgaste. - Ser devuelto en su caja original y con todos sus accesorios, si aplica.
Una vez recibido el producto, realizaremos una inspección. Si cumple con los requisitos, emitiremos un crédito en tienda por el valor del artículo.
No realizamos reembolsos en efectivo.
El crédito podrá utilizarse para:
- Cambiar por otra talla del mismo modelo (según disponibilidad).
- Seleccionar otro producto de igual valor.
- Elegir un producto de mayor precio pagando únicamente la diferencia.
Los gastos de envío originales no son reembolsables.
El cliente será responsable del costo del envío para devolver el producto y del costo del nuevo envío correspondiente al cambio.
Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar solicitudes de cambio que no cumplan con estas condiciones.
Exchanges, Returns & Credit
We want you to love your purchase. If you need to request an exchange, you may do so within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be clean and free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.

Be returned in its original box with all accessories, if applicable.
Once we receive and inspect the item, and it meets the above requirements, we will issue store credit for the value of the merchandise.
We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
Your store credit may be used to:

Exchange for a different size of the same style (subject to availability).

Select another item of equal value.

Choose a higher-priced item by paying the price difference.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item, as well as the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.
We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
